High power DC EV Charger typically output high voltage and high current in high-temperature environments, and require high energy efficiency and performance. We have launched a series of IGBT products with extremely low Vcesat and VF voltage for the front-end PFC circuit to meet the requirements of high-power DC charging modules; We have launched SiC products with extremely low parasitic capacitance to meet the high-efficiency and high-frequency applications of charging modules for the later stage DC-DC part.
